Grace is a great communicator and delivered on everything she said she would. There was practical advice in getting my house ready for sale, not only recommending trades people but organising them to do the work in a timely manner. There was practical help in disposing of of possessions and selling items. The moral support during the whole process was very much appreciated. I got a price for the house I was happy with. The whole process from getting my house ready to the sale took only about three and a half weeks. I would highly recommend Grace to any future sellers.

From the beginning, Katherine has done thorough research work, various scenarios and present options for selection. She is very knowledgeable, explained packages and guides me through every stage.
