Pressured to lower reserve price during the auction, based on misleading promises No written consent — legality questionable Eric didn’t know bidders at all. Eric noticed easement only on auction day (Section 32 was provided early) Property sold immediately on the market, and we’ve only been told that “35 mins is long enough.” Was even threatened with legal action if I didn’t sign the contract. Unprofessional, poorly managed. Not recommended at all

Katherine made my home buying journey smooth and supportive. She was approachable, patient, and answered all our questions thoughtfully.
