I have dealt with a lot of real eatate agents over the years but Lily Liaw would have to be one of the best. Her commitment, work ethic and continual communication we exemplinary. She kept us up to date at all times, often working to late and on the weekends. She is very genuine and believable and does what she says she is going to. However, her standout performance was rearranging the auction time of 10 am Saturday morning back to 8.00pm Friday evening because of the lockdown. She notified all of nearly 100 groups that had come through the opens as well as making sure any interested buyers were contacted. All this with only just a few hours notice. On top of that, Ming as auctioneer got us a record price. I couldn't be happier.
