Zero star review
Extremely poor service from Cassie Wang of Biggin Scott Manningham, would not recommend her, Stephen Chen the director or the property management department to anyone. Stay away! Worst agency ever.

Professional at all times
Helpful but not pushy, kept in touch and did organise several private inspections when timing was difficult for buyers. Professional at all times, positive and kept us informed after each open for inspection.

He was helpful, efficient and respectful.
He gave me weekly updates about how the sales campaign was progressing and informed me of inspections etc. He was very polite and caring with the tenants of the property and I could not recommend him highly enough.

Cassie was efficient and upfront. She gave me the correct information straight away or found out as quickly as possible. I can suggest Cassie for buying or selling. Cassie is the best real estate professional that anyone could have when selling your property. Cassie communicates really well and gives out helpful advice when required. She works very hard at her job to try and get a sale. I would not hesitate to engage Cassie as our real estate agent when looking to buy or sell a property in the future.

The most honest and responsible agent !
Joe Cai is a very honest and responsible agent, he explain the whole process very clearly and set a plan for us according to our situation. To make the transaction very smooth and stress free. Joe is a very hard working agent. Besides the public opens, he also arrange some privates inspection even on Sunday ! The most Honest and responsible Agent
