Wayne was the 5th real estate agent we had had and by the time he got to us we were tired and unhopeful. Despite getting the very end of us he was patient, kind, consistent and encouraging. He was able to deliver what the previous agents failed to do and we were delighted and amazed by the result he got us which was more than we expected or imagined possible. Wayne is still working for us negotiating an earlier settlement with our Vendor than originally planned. Wayne assisted my partner and I in the purchase of our first home. We had many questions when purchasing the property and Wayne was not only prompt and knowledgeable in his responses but made us feel comfortable to reach out to him as much as we needed. He helped us to invisage ourselves in the property and was honest and fair when it came to negotiating the price. He made the whole process simple and gave great advice. Some of that advice was to change settlement from a Friday to a Thursday incase of delays, there were in fact delays (from our end) but by changing the settlement day it meant we were still in by the weekend. He was available to meet us at the property on multiple occasions and really made us feel connected to the property. Thankyou Wayne for having such a positive impact on our property experience!

I met Joe at an open for inspection and was immediately aware of his professionalism. I liked the fact that he was obviously working for the vendor, which to my mind, is not always the case. Joe and Stephen Chen then came to see me and gave me their honest opinion of the price that I could expect which was also about $100,000 higher than other Agent's expectations. ( I sold at $40,000 over the reserve price.) Throughout the 'opens' I was kept informed, Joe also kept in contact with all those who inspected the property encouraging the genuine buyers to perhaps exceed their original price. He also seemed to have contacts whom he encouraged to inspect the property out of the appointed times. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Joe Cai and Stephen Chen from Biggin and Scott, they explained every step of the process and made it a very easy, comfortable and ultimely, a very successful sale.
