I had very good experience with Tim during my purchase. So far, he had been very helpful to work out solutions for different situations, and had been a good bridge in between. In general, I assume agent is working hard to maximise seller’s benefit, however I also felt he worked hard to help me get the purchase done. As a buyer, for sure I give he a remarkable score as I bought my dream home through him. Although settlement is still a bit to go, but I am sure he will be providing excellent service until the end.

From the beginning Tim was friendly, organised and motivated. He gave us an organised timeline of events and a plan to sell. He organised all the paperwork, recommended ways to attract interest to buyers to our property. He followed up with trades that were working at the property He contacted us after every open for inspection and buyer feed back. He kept us in the loop with buyer offers with suggestions. Easy process after sale of property and signing contracts. I would recommend vendors putting the sale of their home into Tim’s hands.

From the 1st phone call I had with Tim I felt that he was genuinely interested in helping me to sell my home. As I am elderly I had struggled to maintain my house, but Tim could see the potential and was very willing to help me. Working with Tim goes far beyond a simple transactional relationship. He genuinely cared about me and how hard it was to sell my house after 44yrs. He visited me and kept me informed, provided advice and supported me throughout the whole process. He was willing to do things that had nothing to do with selling my house, like watering my plants when I was interstate and helping me find a repair company when a storm damaged my roof. Its hard to know whom to trust when you get older, but I trust Tim. Im very grateful for everything he did for me.
