Rising interest rates causing market uncertainty combined with a Section 32 that raised concerns for prospective buyers was never going to make it easy for Tim and the team at Biggins and Scott, Mitcham to sell my apartment. Tim never gave up and always kept me well informed on buyer interest as we travelled this journey together.
