Tim provided professional and friendly service. He always kept me updated with every inspection and always made sure house was prepared for inspection. He watered the lawn, cleaned up the leaves etc. As I live interstate this helped to always present the house in its best light. He worked with the tenants during all inspections. He always provided advice as needed and heloed us set a realistic reserve price. This resulted in a final sale price that was significantly higher than the reserve. Very happy with Tim and have no hesitation recommending him and Biggins and Scott. They made the sale process smooth with minimal stress.
