Friendly and knowledgeable

Great communication
We had a positive feeling about Simon from the moment we first spoke with him. He instilled confidence in us and even when there were a few disappointing hiccups early on in the process (that were out of his hands), he handled them professionally. We were delighted to sell the property prior to auction and were happy with the price we received. Simon is personable, honest and a great communicator. We definitely made the right choice.

Was impressed with Simon from the first moment we met at the Jasper Hotel to discuss the pending auction of 42 Lawn Crescent and was confident thereafter that Simon would sell the property for a fair price. One of the good guys
Simon is a great guy who really knows what he is on about. He is fair and doesn't bullshit you around. He keeps it simple and to the point. Doesn't exaggerate expectation. To me Simon is as honest and as genuine a real estate agent as you can get. And that is saying something! This is the second property we have purchased from him and if I ever need to sell or buy property in the future, I know who I will be going to see.
