My Husband and I found Simon to be one of the most honest and sincere Real Estate Agents working in the industry today. From our first meeting through negotiation and eventual property purchase we did not feel at anytime that he was being insincere or placing any pressure on us to act in a way that we were not comfortable with. He was a real gentleman in his dealings with us and only hope other people can have the same experience. To buy a home is one of the most important and serious moments in life. Simons professionalism regarding the overall approach of the sale of my properties has been nothing short of outstanding. He has excellent market knowledge and understanding of the area. His commitment to achieve the maximum outcome in a short possible time shows great credibility and workmanship of a great real estate agent. Too many agents I have dealt with over the years have been dismissive. After I had taken contracts on properties they have not had the decency to call me back prior to selling to the 1st buyer that came along. This has stopped me on multiple occasions from joining negotiations & ultimately paying more than what the agents sold the property for (not good for any vendor).
