Very happy with Biggin & Scott Richmond!
Biggin & Scott have twice now rented my place for above my asking rent. My current property manager Harrison Lay is experienced, thoughtful and gives good advice. I am very happy with Biggin & Scott Richmond and I happily recommend them for rentals in Richmond.

Great communication which gives confidence in property management
There are always lots of things to iron out with a new tenancy and things that pop up, but we have found the communication from our agent to be really quick and thorough. This is huge for us as it gives us confidence in the efficient and professional management of our investments. Thanks!

Fantastic Property Management
Nothing but praise for our Property Manager Brianna Movis who is currently on maternity leave. Her commitment and continual engagement is second to none. In her absence, we are now dealing with Shane Dangen who, in the short time as our Property Manager, has also impressed us with his communication and incredibly prompt re-letting skills! One day vacant between tenants! Great work guys!
