Vacancy at Xmas can be a worry with your rental property not giving much needed income for a longer period. I was delighted to learn BnS had a leasing team hitting the ground running even though my property manager would be away on well deserved hols. And with my property manager happy to consult with me and use my ideas if she liked them without strange simmering ego paraphernalia in the way, they leased my property so smoothly to a great tenant that I only wish I could give them more business

Ebony has been looking after our VIC properties in the past (approximately) 4 years. We are very lucky in having her excellent service and support in managing them. Being overseas based in the last 10 years, can be very daunting tasks to find the right agents who not only know what they are doing but also are willing to look after your investment properties as if their own. Ebony is a very hard working and professional agent. She is easy to be in contact with, always open to any suggestions and happy to discuss anything related. She is also a kind and caring person which we would like to meet in person in near future. We can sleep well at night knowing someone is looking after our properties very well.
