and service teams has been far less than ideal. The term all care and no responsibility resonates far too often. The reply to one of my many complaints was " Yes I appointed Esteem to carry out the works but they don’t work for Biggin & Scott and we don’t work for them, so I am trying to do all I can to mediate this issue". This current issue relates to a $4K box gutter repair, the quotation supplied was described as being a “guaranteed” option. This option was presented by Biggin & Scott from one of their preferred providers. Every interaction since handing over the $4K as invoiced has been painful, the roof still leaks and I have heard every excuse under the sun as to why this is so. In short the works invoiced for was actually not undertaken, I was never consulted about this, the work was not checked by Biggin and Scott and is still not completed or resolved 10 months later. In my world if you take a fee to manage a property, which includes organising trades then you need to stand by the works and ensure at the very least follow through. No word yet about a refund for works invoiced for that were NOT undertaken. Mediation isn’t fixing the roof, yet Biggin & Scott still take the fees every month and in fact still recommend the supplier. *******************************and they are clearly not happy with my rating *******************Wendy Subsequently from your post in relation to our service , you clearly do not appreciate anything we do , and go out of your way to find fault . We were happy to seek a resolution with esteem , your last response was you were too busy to deal with it. We resign from management of your properties , the files will be available tomorrow Tuesday 17th September for collection .
