I write to express my appreciation to Tilly Gillan and Suzannah Wood for their excellent work in working to secure a new tenant for my property at 82 Laity Street, Richmond. Five (5) open for inspection times were scheduled. However, it was only necessary to have the property open for inspection on two (2) occasions. After each of those inspections, I received a phone call the next morning from Tilly or Suzannah to let me know how things were going. They kept me informed at all times in regards to all relevant matters pertaining to the previous tenants vacating, and the new tenants moving in to the property. I could not ask for better service.
