Claudio joined Biggin Scott in January 1998 and is the Director of the St Kilda/Elwood office. Proud to be a part of the highly successful St Kilda team he has now been serving the local area for over 20 years and has shown the initiative, know-how and stamina to survive the ups and downs of a sometimes volatile industry. Claudio's local knowledge is extensive, having concentrated much of his past experience in the St Kilda/Elwood area; an area he loves for its diversity of real estate and the fantastic mix of people. He enjoys the challenge of the job and derives great satisfaction when clients are happy with the services that he and the St Kilda/Elwood team offers. Claudio is totally devoted to his career but also cherishes his time off where he spends it with his wife, two children and family friends. Professional and respectful agent

I am very happy with how Claudio conducted and facilitated the sale of my property. He listened to what I wanted to achieve, helped source trades for refurbishment and staging at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Claudio and his team were very communicative and I received phone calls and email market appraisal and interest every week.
