He gave me his estimate on the expected outcome and ultimately his opinion on what price to expect on auction day. A sale was achieved at auction; the price achieved was within Andrew’s estimate and I was delighted with the outcome. Andrew is a very experienced agent, is friendly and has a calm nature without any “hard sell”. He made me feel as if I was his most important customer. Dimitri was awesome throughout the whole process. He knows his properties, the area and even had great tips about potential changes I could make later on. The staging of the property was well done, and helped someone like me, who is a bit less visual, see "what could be". I knew that if there were any questions, I could almost certainly find out from him. Buying my first home solo naturally came with a lot of nerves and unknowns, but everything was much more manageable thanks to Dimitri's friendliness and helpful attitude. When you have no experience in the field of real estate I believe it is very difficult to not only find a knowledgeable agent but one who communicates in an honest and authentic manner.
