Buyer Beware ... As We were told by the agent! When purchasing a unit it was requested that the split system be checked... Asked at first open and viewing and prior to final signage. When it didn't turn on at first viewing the agent reassured us that it would be fixed! 2 days before settlement - 2 months later..... Nothing but nonsense speak! Buyer beware I was told.... Hmmmmm! We have sold many properties and always honoured the sale- if there was an issue with anything we replaced it or took the price from the sale! The agents supported us on these occasions! This team ensures that the low reputation of estate agents lives! Soo... Yes! Buyer Beware
