Michael has an excellent depth of knowledge about the market and prices. He provided us with great customer service from the moment we first met him through to the sale of our property. He was timely in communicating the feedback from inspections and we were kept up to date with the sales process. I would give Michael a 10 out of 10 for enthusiasm about his job as an agent. The market has been very challenging for selling at present but this never daunted Michael who always was very positive to deal with and worked at 110% to sell our property. While we had to revise our price down, this was to do with the changing market conditions and being realistic about what the market was offering. Again you rely on an agent to be upfront, to be honest and straight about what is happening in the market and to be guided by a realistic price under the circumstances.
