Marcus and his team first met me at the apartment with trades and stylist to agree on how to transform my weary rental into a light filled attractive Art Deco apartment ready for sale. Everything was managed by Marcus and his team in a fast and efficient manner! They organised the trades to start work as soon as quotes were accepted, and the stylist had the furniture in as soon everything was done. Nothing was a bother and everything I asked for, was done well. The sales campaign went really well and I was informed after inspections how interest was tracking. A meeting two days before the auction with Marcus and their Auctioneer enabled me to understand the process better and be more prepared for how everything would go on the day. I felt the auction was really well run, and of course happy that we achieved a very good price.
