Great agent.
It was a really smooth experience buying the property through Nick. Being first home buyers we really appreciated his time and willingness to talk us through the various processes involved. He was quick to return calls and always knew the answers to any questions we had. Couldn't have been happier with the experience of the purchase and the follow up since.

Marcus is ace!
Marcus has provided fantastic assistance throughout the process of purchasing my property. He has responded quickly to and facilitated all my requests for private inspections, additional information relating to the contract, and body corporate. The thing I have appreciated most is his honest, down to earth approach, especially in a market where countless agents don't adopt this approach. He provided a realistic quote, and carefully explained the unique circumstances under which the property I ended up purchasing was for sale. Very refreshing. The sale went exactly to plan
Have known Tom for years & have several investment properties managed by Biggin & Scott, however having never sold a property, we looked at & got offers from several key agents in the area. Given their extensive presence, knowledge & track record in the (Prahran/Windsor) area we decided to go with them. We had a brief but effective campaign & on the day things went to plan with Tom's usual aplomb at running the auction. A great result!

Nicholas Kaine was friendly and totally coopperative.He knew the property well and was businesslike.

Genuine, professional and experienced
Michael is a very genuine, relatable but professional agent with excellent market knowledge and a real desire to get the best outcome.
