Well grounded Agent
I found Michael very easy to get along with, kept me up to date, gave an honest account of what was happening with no false expectations of sale price. I would encourage Michael to make a note when a client requests something and if the request is not possible just to say so. Professional
Marcus always returned calls even after office hours. He went out of his way to assist with our requests. He negotiated a fair deal for us and was prompt with sending through any information we needed. He was always warm and cheerful and I felt he had a good understanding of the interests of all parties . He remained professional at all times. Having dealt with quite a few real estate agents he would definitely rate highly among them. This was the second time Marcus had negotiated a sale for us in the Windsor area in the last 6 months and I would recommend him to potential buyers and sellers.

Fantastic Agent!!!
We have sold many houses in the past but we have never experienced the high level of service we received with Tom and his team at Biggin & Scott!! We were kept updated regularly as to the progress of our campaign and felt that Tom went above and beyond our expectations.
