Use Michael.
Michael answered EVERY call, if he didn't have an answer for me then and there, he made it his first priority to get back to be asap. That's very important when time isn't on your side (which was my case) It was obvious he wanted to get the highest possible sales price for vendor but was also understanding about the conditions of terms I needed upon the purchase of my home. Very helpful
Marcus was professional, answered all our questions, and was helpful in arranging an extra inspection. He was quick in getting responses to offers and took the time after hours to arrange the signing of the contract.

Delightful agent to deal with
Michael was a lovely guy to deal with and communicated with us in a timely and appropriate manner about this property, which we did end up buying at auction. In both selling our family home and buying a "downsized" property in the one year, I have met many estate agents, some of whom I hope never to meet again! But Michael was a stand out - a very genuine and honest guy who both my daughter and I enjoyed meeting and dealing with.
