Michael was unbelievably tenacious, personable & solutions oriented in his approach to source the best possible result for our property at 117/253 Bridge Road, Richmond. I've known Michael for some time now and to be able to place our biggest asset in his hands and trust his approach to publicise our property through all available media, source buyers and then negotiate a price that we are extremely happy with was a no brainer. Michael provided advice daily on how we should pivot our strategy to enable maximum exposure to the market. Via this approach at the end of the day it only took 1 buyer to commit. We had a unique scenario in that we had moved overseas and had no intention of selling. We put tenants in place as our long term goal but due to a number of reasons we decided to put the property on the market just 3 months into their tenancy. Michael not only negotiated a good sales price but also showed exemplary characteristics and forward thinking to allow the new owner to take over the rental and move in once the full tenancy is up. At the end of the day a great result for all parties involved!

I would highly recommend Michael as an agent for people to use when selling their property.
