Great job done!
Calvin knew what his client wanted, targeted my property, came to me specifically, and proposed to me to sell. Did not take too much heed as I asked for a much higher price. I underestimated his ability to bring a client in for that price. But he did, and in under a week!! Saved me from advertising costs and the hassle of many people coming in to visit the house. Great job and highly professional. Some record of sorts made indeed!

Experience and professionalism count
Bumped into Paul at an inspection of a home for my son after not seeing him for 3 or so years. Happened to mention we had someone interested in our apartment and three days later Paul was in touch saying that he had a prospective buyer. Paul was most helpful in obtaining a very fair price and most importantly, the price we were after. Assisted greatly in getting to exchange with very honest and transparent dealings with ourselves and the buyers.
