It was a pleasure indeed to work with Dynieka and her team during the sale of my property at Caboolture. The speed at which the property was sold was amazing, the price range that was discussed with the team was achieved .Communication throughout the process was succinct, professional and timely. Market knowledge, negotiating with the buyer, understanding the legalities of the relevant extensions needed and ultimately achieving the promised outcome , all of these were carried out smoothly. Thank you Dynieka and team for such a seamless business experience.

My whole experience with Dynieka and the team has been great. From our initial meeting at an open home to Contract signing was a pleasure. I had very specific needs and there was a bit of negotiation involved in my deal. I can happily say Dynieka worked hard for both parties from what I could see and certainly kept me well informed along the way. I would definitely rate the team highly on communication and fair negotiation. Kev W
