Ray White Point Cook opened its doors with the sole aim of providing the residents of Wyndham a bespoke experience in all things real estate. Very efficient and great service

Excellent experience during re-listing and finding a new tenant. Richa was great, kept in touch and gave good advice.

Hard working and professional

Both in the letting of the property and maintenance Black and White have been very professional and hard working. Their recommended trades have been reasonably priced and prompt. This has been with the additional problems created by Covid19. Black and White have handled that very well

Great service with no hassles at all

Very Professional and have taken the hassle out of the process. Timely updates and Response time. Email with video advising that the property has been advertised now (saved me asking the question) The online updates on the visits soon after the inspection was done. This is the first time I did not have to follow up on things (pretty impressive). The response time has been great as well as I personally don't want to be left hanging to get a response.
