To be honest she took the business seriously, the moment I showed the interest it start from there after having inspection few questions have been raised she answered well and fairly. I had a great experience leasing my property with the team. Nisha was outstanding and took primary responsibility for managing the entire process with professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. She made everything smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Caitlin and the rest of the team were also very supportive and helpful whenever needed. I’m very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease their property.

Generally fine with their services. There were instances when you try to contact them and be directed to different staff. We changed tenants and the process took more time as I would try to call and most times end up messaging them. Would have been ideal to have dedicated property manager who can oversee the process and contact us for any progress. It seems they have way too many properties and not enough staff. Otherewise we are currently finally happy having clean and orderly tenants.
