I had watched friends suffer terrible stress selling their homes and avoided downsizing for several years. Then a friend recommended Jack to me, saying "I promise, he's great and he takes all the stress out of it!" So I contacted Jack and he was great. He came to our first meeting well researched about recent sales; he listened carefully; he asked good questions including getting to know me and what I was worried about and the things that I was concerned would be stressful. Then we worked on a plan to prepare my house for sale and a rough timeline. Jack helped with finding great tradies to do some minor work on the house and was terrific at talking me through the impact of covid just as we were ready to list. Despite all the uncertainty re covid, Jack was terrific at explaining all the options, communicating about how lockdown would change the way open houses worked and then we listed. Within a few days Jack was managing a dozen serious bidders and within a fortnight had delivered a brilliant result, well in excess of what we thought would be a good sale price for my street and suburb - and yes, all with almost NO STRESS, just excitement. After the sale contracts were exchanged Jack was also terrific at helping me negotiate my purchase of my new home - and I could not be more delighted. Matt is a friendly and professional agent. He has good local knowledge of the area in which we purchased. Matt opened the house up to us a number of times prior and post auction which was extremely helpful. Would probably elect not to have the sold price made public if we did this again however this would not deter us from using the agents. We would highly recommend Matt and his team for selling your property and will certainly look to use them and recommend to others for future.

From the moment we met Jack at an open home we felt comfortable to deal with him. Jack introduced us to the property we ended up purchasing and went above and beyond to help us in the purchase despite not being the selling agent on the property. After a few very rough experiences with real estate agents in Canberra, Jack restored our faith in the process. He was very open about wanting to do so and was a brilliant communicator throughout buying and selling. Our townhouse ended up selling for a price well above our expectations despite the challenges of selling during COVID-19. We only needed two open homes and he was able to bring six prospective buyers with offers. We couldn't have been happier with the result.
