From the moment we walked into the open home Michael was personable, informative and helpful. We were motivated buyers and Michael was extremely proactive with facilitating a quick turnaround for us. When we had questions regarding the property Michael was quick to provide answers or come back to us once he had received an update from the previous owners. During inspections he was very honest about the condition of certain fixtures in the house and even arranged some replacements to be made available to us.
