Thom was not very professional with us. A good agent should be non judgmental . Professional and polite to this clients. I had trouble communicating with Thom, sound him very unfriendly and not at all helpful with the process of buying a house. Thom said settlemt has not happened yet so the sellers can leave their things all over. One day later after settlemt. We ent in. Rusbbish still elf tbh I’d, their belongings still left everywhere, the walls were covered with holes and dirt . The oven and kitchen was dirty. Floors were not even vaccumed. A good agent should take responsibility towards the buyer and the seller , not just favours the seller. Now we have moved in and found the heating and aircon doesn’t even work. Which is super dishonest and the agency should have mentioned this to us.
