Micheal and the Blackshaws team have been one of the best costumer experiences I have had in many years. Michael’s knowledge of the real estate market has achieve a sale of my property in Scullin which exceeded my expectations. Michael attended the property and explained all the details of how to proceed to sale. Michael even adjusted sale time periods and scheduled open houses to suit our need to to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances, with minimum fuss or extension to our auction date. Michael’s attention to managing the advertising and monitoring the tyre kickers or those serious buyers resulted in a good turn out to our auction. Michael made sure we were aware of all the comments from potential buyers. He also responded to all questions other deliberate and concise answers that have me more confidence as the auction date neared. His response to messages and phone calls were timely and I never had to contact Michael twice to get a response. I have already told Michael I appreciate how he has treated us, the purchaser and the commitment he has made to the sale of our property. In todays testing times it is hard to find any company or individual that can provide any reasonable customer service. This is not the case for Blackshaws and their team. I thoroughly recommend any person buying or selling a property to work with michael and the Blackshaws team.
