I engaged Michael Braddon from Blackshaw Gungahlin to sell my home, from the very first appointment I knew he was the agent for me, very professional in every level, but it didn’t stop there, I was not keen to take my property to Auction, but Michael gave me the pros and cons and after having a sit down with him for 30 minutes prior to signing I decided Auction, the whole experience was as stress free as possible, Michael and his team were amazing, kept me updated at every stage through the campaign, then after sitting down again prior to the auction and reviewing all feedback we decided on a reserve, then at Auction there was at least 8 representatives from Blackshaws, the auctioneer Thom Erickson Lake was absolutely outstanding, we ended up with a figure over $100,000 above reserve allowing me to purchase my next dream home down the coast, I couldn’t recommend Michael and the team at Blackshaws enough. 10/10

Michael was very honest and straight forward from the start, he was different to other agents I spoke with, he didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear to sign on. Being interstate for the most of the process I was very nervous and anxious with the sale. He and his teams communications were outstanding, keeping me up to date regularly, set up a perfect add campaign and assisted with matters I wasn’t present for. The feedback from open homes was amazing with groups returning regularly. Auction day showed how professional, committed and good Michael is at his job with approximately 70 people attending. I was blown away with the efforts from Michael and the final result showed how well he networked with potential purchases to get them all there at once.
