It's a pleasure working with Thom. He is very nice and patient to communicate with both the seller and buyers. The case for us is a little complicated because we are oversea buyers and need to get FIRB approval before exchange contract. However, Thom is very professional on this and do a lot of work with both parties' solicitors. We finally exchange contract successfully within several days. Very appreciate the hard work from Thom.
