Selling a tenanted property is always painful, and Thom was absolutely amazing with following up solicitors/buyer/tenants to get contracts exchanged. Thom picks his communication methods to meet what works for each client. I’m a busy individual who never usually can answer phone calls, so it was really appreciated that Thom kept me updated over text rather than leaving me voicemail after voicemail as others do. This also provided me with a channel to quickly ask questions without interrupting my day. Would 100% recommend Thom to anyone selling a property.

We were greeted warmly and left to view the house alone (we really appreciated that). We weren't pushed, or bombarded and felt as though we could thoroughly go through without pressure. We were given honest answers to our concerns and he was open about the interest in the property. Communication was definetly one of the most appealing part within this process. We were regularly updated, had prompt responses and feel as though we were made a priority. Overall, what would usually feel like a nerve raking and overwhelming experience, was made as painless and easy as possible. Would definitely recommend working with Thom and if we were looking at buying or selling in the future would definitely be one of our first point of calls.
