We had an excellent selling experience with Thom Eriksson-Lake! We liked Thom immediately, as we felt he was genuine, knew the area of Palmerston well and understood our sale exactly. He listened to our priorities and then worked towards getting us the best possible result. We particularly liked how he made us feel confident but was not unrealistic. We put a plan together and even though we were hundreds of kilometres away, he ensured that everything was put into place and we were kept informed and made decisions together every step of the way. We considered it a quick sale with many interested parties and the buyer from the first open house. The final price was above what we were hoping, so it was overall a "perfect sale", thank you to Thom Eriksson-Lake!

Stacy did a great job, looking after a vendor with a worthy property but in a soft market, and looking after purchasers negotiating the complexities of an interstate move and needing a simultaneous settlement. It was a transaction with a lot of moving parts and Stacy did a good job of keeping everybody on board and in conversation. A good listener, patient and understanding.

Thom is quite simply the most amazing agent with whom you could ever work! We've sold several houses and employed several different agents but none come close to the standard which Thom has set. From the very beginning Thom demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the current market and the best sales method for our house. He even forecast the type of person who would be the likely purchaser, and he was precisely right. With such insights he was able to advertise and market the property so successfully that the first Open House attracted 21 people, several of whom returned 4 days later to reinspect and then make an offer on the property. The house sold in under a week, thanks to Thoms targeted marketing and exceptional negotiating skills. Throughout this process Thom was in touch, giving us feedback in the form of graphs, personal conversations, texts,predicted outcomes and generally forecasting each step of the seamless selling procedure he'd put in place. He was nothing short of outstanding in his handling of every aspect of the sale. Perhaps the most important thing to mention apart from his in depth knowledge and experience in this field, is Thoms integrity and honesty. You can trust him 100p per cent! Charming he most certainly is, but its his forthright approach with all parties which makes people feel they can totally believe what he says and does...a treasure in this industry. In short we simply can't recommend Thom highly enough. This is our second sakes experience with him and each time he has ensured that the process has been super efficient, stress free and with a financial outcome much better than we had hoped for. Thom, in our opinion, is the best in the business!

Thom was able to match us with a property that we really love. He was accommodating in providing access for additional building inspections we requested that gained our confidence in our new home.
