My sister and I first contacted Thom for advice on the value of our investment property more than 2 years ago. After Thom provided us with frank feedback on the market, and our expectations, we decided that it would be in our best interests to hold on to the investment property for the time being. From the point of initial contact, Thom continued to stay in touch providing us with regular updates on the market, including sale prices for like properties. This information enabled us to make an informed decision on the right time (for us) to sell. When we started to think about putting the property on the market, Thom provided us with advice on the presentation of the property, and the most beneficial areas to invest in improvements. Thom sold our property in 6 days at a price considerably higher than would have been achieved had we sold when we first made contact, and which exceeded our expectations even in the current market.
