I couldn't have asked for a more professional and personable agent!!! When searching for an agent to sell my property I had a number of potential agents come around. Thom was the only one to come fully prepared with a complete market report (even made into a booklet) and provided the most information to support me during my first experience of selling a property. Before I had made a final decision on which agent I was going to use, I happen to be very interested in a property Thom was selling. As a perspective buyer, Thom had exceptional social skills and was efficient in providing any information regarding the property. So, of course, I asked him if he would be my agent! I couldn't have hoped for an agent with such honesty, respect, time, open communication and suppprt (as a nervous first time seller) as what Thom provided. The amount of information about perspective buyers he would be able to tell me 2 minutes after an open home was very reassuring. He has gone above and beyond, supporting me in the purchasing process of my next property, providing great market advise and talking me through the process!!! Thom genuinely wants the best for all his clients and I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking at selling their property!

If you are after an agent that provides the highest level of communication, Thom is your guy. Thom's communication is amazing in all aspects of selling a house - from regular updates on the market, feedback on how the open homes went, information on potential buyers, and regular feedback on how your property is presenting to potential buyers. This gives you a lot of opportunity to continue to improve the presentation of your house, to yield a better outcome. From your buyers perspective, Thom is also a great agent to deal with. As a genuinely nice and honest person, your buyers are going to feel really comfortable communicating with Thom on their interest and likely to show genuine interest because of the way he approaches buyers and sellers. As a side note, my mother has recently sold two properties and I can assure you the level of service Thom's provides was FAR above what my mother was experiencing from her agents.

Living interstate was not an obstacle to selling our property, thanks to Thom Eriksson-Lake. We chose Thom on the recommendation of our son, who visited Canberra for us and met with several local agents. Yes, he looked young, but we soon learnt that also meant he was keen, energetic, in touch with the market, technically savvy, and eager to help whenever he could. Within 4 weeks of the tenants vacating, Thom had the property painted completely inside, recarpeted, minor repairs completed, gardens upgraded, cleaned, marketed and sold for an excellent price.
