Gillian was excellent with her communication and keeping me updated on how open homes went, how internet traffic to the advertisement was going, and registered bidders for the auction. She attended other open homes in the area so she could scope out the competition, and consequently let me know if I needed to refine my expectations on price given similar properties on the market. I was never left wondering how the campaign was going or having to follow up on it - which was very helpful when juggling multiple other matters associated with an estate.
