We started the sale process just as the impact of the Corona virus was being felt. All the pundits were saying that prices were going to fall drastically. Debbie stayed upbeat and worked hard on the marketing to ensure we had the best chance of a sale. Once we had a nibble, Debbie worked even harder, negotiation a price that was better than my expectations. Debbie made sure to follow up with the process to ensure we got to the exchange of contracts ASAP. Debbie's communication was outstanding, I always knew where we were at and her knowledge of the Canberra market made sure we received the best possible outcome :)
