Vince’s market knowledge: in comparison with others, his knowledge was far more superior than others we came across earlier. His communication was clear, concise & more adequate, always on time, ready with all the required information. We had a good experience with Vince though we had a lot of issues & the usual run of the mill troubles, but he handled it all very professionally. And in the end a good result, not quite the price we were after,but we were happy to sell within 4 weeks.
