A quick and smooth sale

Vince has made the cumbersome task of selling our house a very smooth process. He came prepared with market knowledge, a detailed campaign plan and timeline and recommendations of items to do, to prepare the house to be listed. During the campaign Vince ensured the house was presentable, provided us with buyer feedback and answered any questions or queries we had. He provided the trust and confidence we needed to take our house to auction in a worrying market. We cannot thank and recommend Vince enough for the successful sale of our house.
