From the first day we me met David there was a unique quality about him and the whole team at Blench Property Group. There are agents you know just want you to sign on the dotted line and will make a number of promises. David was different. He took the time to hear us, hear what we wanted, understand the what, the why and the story of our home and he listened to us. From then on, it all went smoothly. During our first meeting with David it was clear from the start that he was a very passionate, reliable and honest person who would go the extra mile for his clients and he definitely did not disappoint, he was professional from start to finish. David would skillfully work out who were genuine prospective buyers and didn't waste too much time on "just lookers". We were given feedback by David immediately after each viewing and he would then follow up with the prospective buyer a short time later, something which is not always carried out until much later by other agents. In summary, we would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone who is considering selling, he is a true professional who really does care about his clients well being and as an added bonus his selling fee is far less than most other agents.
