We have worked with Blench Property Group for several years initially as investors and then owner occupier selling and purchasing a new property to live in. David and Danielle were incredible from the start. Their local knowledge and expertise is second to none. They helped us find out investment property and had amazing tenants move in less than 2 wks from settlement. For the sale we really threw a curve ball putting an offer in on our new house and needing to sell our existing one with a simultaneous settlement and we set David the task of finding a buyer. David worked tireless and managed to get us what we needed both in sale price and settlement date! David and Danielle were there throughout the entire selling/purchasing experience with support and assistance. Nothing was too much and the service and experience was fantastic. Well done David. It just goes to show there is no need to pay ridiculous fees some agents charge to obtain the sale of your house in an un-stressful manner. Due to the nature of the sale it took longer than normal but at no time was there any pressure from David to reduce the price to make it easier for him, much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in joining him again in another sale.

David was brilliant. I was skeptical initially because his fee is a flat rate as opposed to a percent of the sale price. I was worried that he wouldn’t negotiate hard because his commission was not contingent to the sale price. The reality was very different. He negotiated very hard regardless of the fact that his fee was already established. He managed my anxiety, helped me to be patient which resulted in getting an offer on my house that was substantially more than I was expecting. He’s the man for sure!!!!
