Easy process

Jason achieved a great result in a short amount of time. He was always professional and his knowledge of the market lead to our success. I tried other real estate agents prior and none of them were able to achieve the result Jason did. Jason provided feedback from potential buyers after each viewing and was a great help in sourcing trades people to rectify issues identified by the buyer. Blue Moons cost are extremely competitive.

Made my experience as a first home buyer stress-free!
Jason was an amazing sellers agent, super helpful and responsive and always sent through ad requested documentation quickly. As a first home buyer, he made the process of buying really stress-free for me and was clear in communications. A cut above
Living interstate, Jason kept me informed about the local market with relevant comparative sales in the area for the last 12 mths. When we were ready to sell Jason provided us with an A 1 service, providing us a tailored campaign and delivered. He was always contactable during process, and also recommended a local conveyancer. Highly recommended.

Poor experience for a first home buyer
Nigel was helpful in my journey of buying a home in the early days. I think he could have done better to help first home buyers. There was no electricity during pre settlement inspection. When asked if there was anything we should be aware of. The tenant and Nigel said there were no issues . This was clearly untrue as when we moved in, the bedroom walls were found to have massive hollow patches which appeared to be concealed which was not accessible to the building inspector due to existing furnitures. When asked about the patches on the internal wall, he didnot seem very cooperative. The house was meant to be bond cleaned but cleaning had left a lot of places. For example hairs on the walls, pee stains on the bathroom, dirty sinks.

Extremely professional
Nigel sold me my 1st home. It was a Lovley home and great street. Got it at a good price, when the time came to move on.I had every agent at my door to be honest I always said if I sold I would definitely get Nigel. I gave him a call and he came around he was more than helpful. We did 3 open houses and sold at a nice profit. Nigel was so helpful even when I was leaving it was such a struggle.He was wonderful and offered to help me with hiring cleaners to give me a break. I'm forever grateful and I would recommend Full Moon real-estate to all my family and friends. Nigel more than an agent his a great guy.

exceeded both price and service expectations
Nigel decided to do an open house for me despite an offer that I was already prepared to accept. His experience led to a second offer about $30k higher than I would have accepted. Great insight into the market! Nigel helped with all the paperwork and an annoying counter-offer from the buyer. He minimised all the effort on my side which I appreciated so much because I had to do all this remotely fromm outside Australia. Nigel is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him to everyone.
