Easy to with and a competent agent
Jason was easy to work with as he kept us up to date with the interest buyers had in our unit, when we told him out minimum amount we’d accept he worked with that and did not come to us with low offers and try to convince us it was worth taking as many agents do. He quickly found the right buyer for a successful sale. As our unit was tenanted Jason communicated well with the tenants and kept them on side to help with the inspections and selling process and minimised the disruptions to them.

As a Buyer's Agent Jason made for a smooth transaction
My clients were purchasing whilst they were still overseas and entrusted me to research and bid for them, securing the property months before they were able to see it themselves. Jason made the entire transaction extremely smooth allowing my access to the property for private inspections and allowing me to take extensive photos and videos for my clients.
