"Produced an excellent result"
My family and especially my late father have had a business relationship with Bob Berry Real Estate since the late 1970's, a period of some 40 years! During the marketing process, Jane Donald and her team proved that they had my interest in mind and produced an excellent result. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire selling team at Bob Berry Real Estate who were involved in the sale of our home recently. Having sold a home a few years ago with Jane the decision to sell with her was quite easy. Excellent local knowledge & personalised service
After meeting a number of RE agents it was Jane's excellent knowledge of the local area that really stood out for us. Excellent!
As first home buyers the process can be extremely daunting. However, Elle handled mine and my partners questions flawlessly and with ease. She was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely consider working with Elle and Bob Berry in the future. Graeme Board’s approach to selling was realistic and incitful, - and also very successful.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Graeme Board of Bob Berry Real Estate, Dubbo. Graeme was recommended by a friend who had had a successful sale on their own property and I was able to establish an easy rapport with him from the start. In early February 2020 my mother went into an aged care home in Dubbo and we asked if Graeme would look over my mother’s home of 20+ years and provide us with advice that would enable an early sale. His early advice was that the more effort we put into preparing the home for sale, the better the outcome would be in terms of both the price and speed of the sale. So we followed his appraisal and de-cluttered, replaced window screens, washed walls and curtains, cleaned floors, trimmed and tidied the garden and made the small repairs that are necessary in a home that has been well lived in. Within a month, the home was listed electronically and shown face to face to initial candidates. Within two months the home was sold for the price estimated at the start. All of this took place under the cloud of COVID-19, which severely impacted finance availability for some potential buyers. In this difficult environment, Graeme led the sale negotiations, provided contacts for services and arranged for some necessary repairs and inspections. This was particularly valuable to me because I do not live in Dubbo, and needed a reliable representative on the ground. I have no hesitation in recommending Graeme to anyone wishing to sell their property in the Dubbo region.
