We selected Jane after giving 4 Agents the opportunity to quote to sell our house. She was the only one who listened to my request for email communication(we live interstate), and was open & up front with fees & charges and suggestions with what we needed to do to the house (it was a trashed rental). I was also attracted by their "Days on market" average as I believed that indicated she knew the market & would put an appropriate price on our house and target the appropriate buyers. Our house sold before actually hitting the market. It was a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend Jane to anyone needing to sell their property.

When we decided to sell our property we wanted to ensure that the agent would be aware of any future development plans in our neighbourhood, that might effect the sale, marketability etc etc. That the agent had integrity and demonstrated experience. For us it was a no brainer, Bob Berry Real Estate Dubbo. My husband and I have broad knowledge and experience in relation to contract law, tenancy issues, property management, buying, selling and as landlords. I am originally from Dubbo and my husband has lived here for over 21 years. We wanted an agent that we had absolute confidence and trust in. Bob Berry Real Estate is I believe, the most professional, efficient and highly experienced real estate agent in Dubbo. The staff are always on the ball, no matter who answers the phone. As a landlord I had no concerns about my home and if repairs were required, tenants would always be able to communicate with the office via a number of methods. This mitigated any further costs on us and disadvantage to our tenants. We also relied on Jane's knowledge of our neighbourhood, because this real estate has sold many properties in our neighbourhood. We would particularly like to thank Jane McDonald and Bob Berry for their open and honest advice. Our house was sold in less then a week at more then the asking price.
