Morghan was the first to appraise our house & her appraisal was what we thought the house would go for in the current market. Within a week, we had several offers, and we decided to stay with her as she was enthusiastic and knew what we wanted. At every step along the process, she kept us informed of all the new laws regarding selling the house and everything we needed to do. Morghan was professional at all times & the responses to our questions were answered as quickly as she could. She helped with informing the Settlement Agency & facilitating all paperwork to them. We sold our house within weeks of advertising. I highly recommend Bob Davey & especially Morghan Breed if you are selling your house, property or lot.
