She did a great job and handled everything perfectly
With the house being bigger than most normal houses, Morghan rose to the challenge and while the market dictated the price in some respects we got the result in the end. Happy overall and would recommend

A pleasure to deal with!
Morghan was amazing with her happy personality, professionalism, thorough & quick communication. Nothing was too much trouble for her when we purchased our new property. We’d dealt with some other Agents, though Morghan shone above them all as approachable & genuine. We are looking forward to using Morghan again in a month or two when our old property will be ready to sell. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Mark & Jenny B

excellent at keeping me up to date and in the loop
Thank you very much Eric for assisting me with my recent purchase. Your prompt communication made the purchase easy. I also really appreciated the photos you sent through, unprompted. Please think of me with any future Koorda property's you have on your books.

Duplicitous communication.
She supported the buyers, not the sellers. Mixed messages, made it a very difficult emotional situation.
