Best Agent Ever. Ivana and Charli are great to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, Ivana herself did all our open homes, we could speak with Ivana at 7am or 7pm, would always get an answer. My house went on sale with another agent and stayed online for more than 4 months, was devalued, my principal agent who signed me up on day 1 was never seen on any of the open houses ever and I am still paying his marketing fee. I was told I wouldn’t get the price I am after but when Ivana took over, she was confident I would be either in the range of my expectations or very close and that’s exactly what happened.
