Ivana and BOKA sold our house above our expectations. She has very good communication, honest and very professional. She focuses on quality and trying to get the highest sale possible as can be seen in BOKA's sale results. They sold my property for over $250K more than a similar property on the same road. This shows BOKA are very experienced and a standout in the industry. We're very glad we went with them and our house sold within 3 weeks. They made the selling process easy and smooth. I highly recommend and will go with them again in the future. Well done BOKA!

Recently sold an apartment with Boka Real Estate. Ivana went 'above and beyond' to help me sell the property and quite quickly. From the first time we spoke with Ivana we knew we found honest and hard-working real estate agent. Her approach to the whole process was very friendly, honest and straight forward. Her knowledge of the area and relational manner was greatly appreciated. We can highly recommend Ivana and Boka Real Estate if you are looking to sell a property in Liverpool area.

We had the pleasure buying a property from Ivana at Boka Real Estate. She was always professional and always contactable. Nothing was ever an issue for Ivana to chase up when we had any questions. It took us 8 months to find our forever home, but it was well worth it in the end! I would recommend Ivana to anybody who's looking at buying a property. Thank you once again, Ivana!!

Best Agent Ever. Ivana and Charli are great to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, Ivana herself did all our open homes, we could speak with Ivana at 7am or 7pm, would always get an answer. My house went on sale with another agent and stayed online for more than 4 months, was devalued, my principal agent who signed me up on day 1 was never seen on any of the open houses ever and I am still paying his marketing fee. I was told I wouldn’t get the price I am after but when Ivana took over, she was confident I would be either in the range of my expectations or very close and that’s exactly what happened. Thanks Ivana for making this happen, I can’t thank you and Charli enough.
