Paul Smith did an excellent job in selling my home in Samford. He helped in every area preparing for the sale. He went far beyond the extra mile by relaying the turf that was badly laid by the landscapers. He personally photographed every room to advantage and arranged aerial photos of my home and surrounding area. On open days Paul created a wonderful ambience with recorded bird songs that you could hear all through the garden. I required an agent to sell a unit in an old, small complex in an area of newer high rises. I found that OJ did a great job firstly of getting it visible quickly and targeting where he could. As some challenges started to come up such as limited interest, OJ changed the strategy and adapted to the different market conditions which attracted more interest, viewings and ultimately offers. The process was nice and simple and good communication throughout. Would certainly sell other property with OJ.
